8 ss revet ost
1 ts salt
Slik gjør du det:
Sett ovnen på 250 °C.
Del blomkål i biter og kjør dem i en hurtigmikser eller lignende, tilsett egg, revet ost, og salt til du har en jevn masse.
Bruk en slikkepott og spre massen tynt utover på et bakepapirkledd stekebrett. Forstek i ca. 15 minutt.
Topp den med det du vil ha på av saus og andre herligheter, og stek videre.

An alternative to using ground beef and regular dough for your pizza, that I decided to try out, to make something else out of cauliflower that wasn’t soup or cauliflower and ham.
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
2 eggs
8 tablespoons shredded cheese
1 teaspoon salt
How to do it:
Turn on the oven and set it at 250 °C.
Chop up the cauliflower and add it to a food processor. Then add the eggs, cheese, and salt, and continue running the food processor till you’ve got an even ricy-like substance.
Use a spatula and spread the cauliflower pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Bake until the crust is dry and golden, about 15 minutes.
Then add whatever toppings you want, and put it back in the oven.
N.B, I’d recommend eating this pizza with a fork and a knife.
