Dette var noe av det beste jeg visste da jeg var liten, jeg er usikker på hvor navnet kommer fra, for i disse dager assosierer jeg det med kalkun, uten at det kalkun i det.

Ingredienser:
400 g kjøttdeig
1 glass / tube tomatpuré
Fløte
Spagetti
Kokosmasse
Rosiner

Slik gjør du det:
Stek kjøttdeigen i en panne.
Tilsett tomatpuré og fløte og lag saus.
Kok så opp vann til spagettien og la det trekke til den er al dente.
Ha rosiner i en skål, og kokosmasse i en annen.
Dander hver tallerken med spagetti med kjøttsaus, kokos, og rosiner.

This was some of the best meals I got as a kid. I’m not sure where the name is coming from, because in these days, I assosiate it with turkey, even though it doesn’t have any turkey in it.

Ingredients:
400 g minced meat
1 glass / tube tomato puree
Cream
Spaghetti
Shredded coconut
Raisins

How to do it:
Fry the minced meat in a pan.
Add the tomato puree and cream and make a meat sauce.
Cook water for the spaghetti and add it. Let it be until it’s al dente.
Put some raisins in a bowl, and some shredded coconut in another.
Line each plate with spaghetti with meat sauce, shredded coconut and raisins.

Yum.
