Trippel sjokoladehavrekjeks (Triple choc oatmeal cookies)

Disse kjeksene har blitt en stor favoritt i familien min, og blant vennene mine, så jeg laver dem som gaver til dem titt og ofte.

Ingredienser:
225 g smør (romtemperert)
150 g sukker
150 g brunt sukker
1 ts natron
2 ts vaniljesukker
½ ts salt
½ ts vaniljeessens
225 g hvetemel
2 egg (romtempererte)
200–240 g havregryn
50 g hvit sjokolade
50 g mørk sjokolade
100 g lys sjokolade

Slik gjør du det:
Rør smør og sukker med en kjøkkenmaskin til det blir lett og luftig.
Tilsett mel, natron, vaniljesukker, vaniljeessens, salt, og egg, mens kjøkkenmaskina fortsatt går.
Bland inn grovhakket sjokolade og havregryn med en sleiv. Pass på så det blir jevnt fordelt i deigen.
Bruk en spiseskje deig per kjeks, og trykk den flat. De flyter nesten ikke ut, så lag dem ganske store.
Stek i forvarmet ovn på 180 °C i ca. 15 minutt. Avkjøl på rist.

Nytes varme eller kalde, gjerne med et glass melk.

These cookies has been a big hit in my family, and among my friends, and I often make it to give to them.

Ingredients:
225 g butter (room temperature)
150 g sugar
150 g brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla essence
225 g all-purpose flour
2 eggs (room temperature)
200–240 g oatmeal
50 g white chocolate
50 g dark chocolate
100 g light chocolate

How to do it:
Mix butter and sugar with a mixer until it’s light and airy.
Add flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar, vanilla essence, salt, and the eggs, while the mixer is still going.
Coarsely chop up the chocolate and add it and the oats to the cookie dough with a wooden spoon. Make sure that it mixes evenly.
Use a tablespoon dough per cookie and flatten it with your hand. They don’t spill out much, so make them quite big.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at about 350 ºF for about 15 minutes. Cool on an oven grid.

Enjoy them hot or cold, and if you want, with a glass of milk.
