Veldig lett å lage, veldig godt.
Jeg fikk først smake denne retten i Moorhead, Minnesota i 2007. Vi besøkte slektninger, og fikk servert det som et kjapt måltid.
Siden har jeg laget det mang en gang.
Ingredienser:
Tortillas
Fyll (Kjøtt, ost, grønnsaker, frukt, hva enn)
Saus / dressing (ketchup, ranch, salatdressing, tomatsalsa, mangosalsa, hva enn)
Slik gjør du det:
Legg en tortilla i en panne og varm opp på svak varme.
Når den begynner å få litt farge på den ene siden, snur du den (greia med å bruke svak varme er at du ikke vil at den skal bli sprø, bare varm).
Så er det bare å legge på fyll. Jeg liker det best med en god ost, men det er også greit å bruke kjøtt (f.eks. bacon, kjøttdeig, biffstrimler, kylling, svin, kjøttboller, hva enn du føler for) eller frukt / grønnsaker.
Legg fyllet på én side fremfor midt på, slik at du kan brette den over. Så er det bare å vente til den føles klar
. Har du ost på, finner du ut at den er klar når osten er smeltet.
Serveres på fat og skjæres i biter, som man dypper i en saus eller dressing. Jeg pleier å bruke hvitløkssaus, ranch, og ketchup, og dypper dem hver for seg

Ingredients:
Tortillas
Something to put on (Meat, cheese, vegetables, fruits, whatever)
Sauce / dressing (ketchup, ranch, salad dressing, tomato salsa, mango salsa, whatever)
How to do it:
Put a tortilla in a pan and use low heat to warm it up.
When it’s starting to get a bit of colour on the one side, you flip it over (the thing about using low heat, is because you don’t want it to become crispy, just warm).
Then you start adding the filling. I prefer to use a good cheese, but you can also use meat (like bacon, minced meat, beef strips, chicken, pork, meat balls, or whatever you feel like), fruits, and / or vegetables.
Put the fill on one side, so you can turn it over (like an omelette). Then just wait until it feels ready
. If you’ve added cheese, you’ll find it’s ready when the cheese is melted.
Serve on a plate and cut in pieces, which you can dip in a sauce or a dressing. I tend to use garlic sauce, ranch, and ketchup, and dip the pieces in each sauce.

Ingredients.
You can use whatever you want as toppings. Here I've used cured ham and matured cheddar.
And here are some leftover chili con carne with matured cheddar.
Flip one half over the other and wait for the tortilla to get colour / the cheese to melt.
I like to serve it with ketchup, ranch, and garlic sause. And a glass of white wine, because why not?
Fill it with chili and it tastes really great.
