Jeg fant disse i jakten på en brukbar oppskrift på baggiser for å slippe å betale ågerpris hos en baker. Ble ganske fornøyd med dem, de er lette og gode, og kan fort minne om de greiene de har på nettopp Subway.
Du trenger:
5 dl vann
25 g fersk gjær (eller 7 g tørrgjær)
1 ss sukker
2 ts salt
8 ss olje
Ca. 1,5 l hvetemel
1 egg til pensling
Slik gjør du det:
Ha vann, gjær, sukker, salt, og olje i en bakebolle, og rør godt sammen.
Ha i hvetemelet og elt deigen i ca. 15 minutt i en kjøkkenmaskin.
Ha plast over bakebollen og la deigen heve på et lunt sted til dobbel størrelse.
Del deigen i ca. 16 emner, og trill dem til pølser. Legg dem på et bakepapirkledd stekebrett.
La dem heve i ca. 30–40 minutt.
Pensle baguettene med sammenpisket egg.
Stekes ved 220 °C i ca. 15–20 minutt.
Avkjøles på rist.
Fylles med det du liker best.

I found the recipe for these baguettes in my hunt for a good and usable baguette recipe, so that I wouldn’t have to pay out of my ass at a bakery. I was quite content with the result, they’re light and easy, and yes, they can remind you of the stuff that you get Subway.
You need:
5 dl water
25 g yeast (or 7 g dry yeast)
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
8 tbsp oil
About 1,5 l all-purpose flour
1 egg for brushing
How to do it:
Add water, yeast, sugar, salt, and oil to a mixing bowl and stir well.
Add the flour and knead the dough for about 15 minutes in a mixer.
Put some cling wrap over the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm-ish place until it has doubled in size.
Cut the dough into about 16 pieces, and roll the pieces as dough sausages. Place them on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
Let them continue rising for about 30–40 minutes.
Brush them with a lightly whisked egg.
Bake at 220 °C (428 °F) for about 15–20 minutes.
Place on a wire grate and let them rest.
Now fill them with what you want/like the most.
